As a reseller / merchant Vendo works with PayPal. As a payment facilitator Vendo cannot work with PayPal. PayPal is limited by Visa and MasterCard to working directly with merchants. PayPal cannot work through other Payment Facilitators/IPSPs. This model is against VISA and MC rules.
