Step 1 (3hours 35 minutes)
Client: Configure Biller Vendo Services (Vservices). You can check out how to do it here
Step 2 (20 minutes)
Client: Configure Offers IDs in NATS (Vservices Offer IDs)
Step 3 (47 minutes)
Client: Create new cross-sells. They must provide Vendo the new cross-sales reference codes. Check out how to create: incoming cross-sells and outgoing cross-sells
Step 4 (25 minutes)
Client: Update all internal and external cross-sells reference codes.
When migrating to VServices, NATS will generate new reference codes for your incoming cross-sales. You will have to ask your cross-sale partners to update the reference codes too.
Vendo can help informing cross-sales partners to update reference codes, please email Vendo Client Services at clientservices@vendoserices.com if you wish to get help from Vendo in this matter.
Step 5 (10 minutes)
Client: Ask TooMuchMedia (NATS Owner) to migrate all members and memberships that were processed under the Vendo biller to the Vservices biller in NATS.
Once the previous step is done by the client, Vendo will migrate old and current subscriptions.
Step 6 (30 minutes)
Client: Update cascades in NATS so it uses the Vservices biller instead of Vendo biller.
