If an end user changes his/her password in the website of the merchant, the merchant does not always synchronize this change with Vendo. To avoid end-users having access problems to Vendo Customer Support Portal, Vendo gives the option to an end-user to create a Vendo password that will never change, independently of the password that they will use to access the websites.
