Accepting gift cards via PayGarden

Vendo allows your customers to pay for your content using gift cards. We've have partnered with PayGarden which is a company that works with leading gift card networks, they allow you to accept payments from gift cards from hundreds of top brands in the USA.

Availability

PayGarden is integrated with USA gift card networks only.

Enabling PayGarden for your account.

Please email clientservices@vendoservices.com to get PayGarden enabled in your account.

Special fees apply for PayGarden transactions. Please contact clientservices@vendoservices.com to get more details.

Integration

No integration is required. Once you have PayGarden enabled in your account the new payment option will automatically be available for your customers to use.

Offer Configuration

All PayGarden sales will be posted with the Offer ID 1002.
Important: All memberships paid with gift cards via PayGarden will be non-recurring memberships.

Offer Configuration in NATS

NATS version 4 with VSERVICES biller integration
If you're running NATS version 4 and you have the biller VSERVICES configured in the Billers admin then you need to add a new join option with the VSERVICES Offer ID: 1002 to all your sites. You must also check the option Hide on Join Form.
Set $30 as the initial amount and duration to 30 days. This is just a dummy configuration, please read the *important notes* section below for more details.

NATS version 3 or NATS version 4 with VENDO biller integration
If you're running NATS version 3 or if you're running NATS version 4 with the biller Vendo configured in the _Billers admin_ then you need to add a new join option with the Vendo Identifier: paygarden to all your sites.
Set $30 as the initial amount and duration to 30 days. This is just a dummy configuration, please read the *important notes* section below for more details.

Important notes

Please note that the duration of the membership will be dynamically calculated by PayGarden using the value of the gift card and the different offers that you've configured in your site.
The final amount paid using a gift card will be posted to your platform (NATS or custom system).
Vendo will also tell your platform when to end the memberships paid with gift cards by del_user callback.
Paygarden transactions can't be refunded
